    Daniel Gonzalez and Tony Ramos did the efforts to buy my new car but after the purchase i was dealing to get the 2nd key owner manual and tires tools. I didnt get them on Saturday and I was dealing with this until Thursday. I received many different answers. None was consistent a real. Today Daniel told me about a re key.

    I don't know anything about the car, the finance guy put a $1500.00 dollar service contract in the deal without even telling me and I'm still waiting for the floor mats that they were supposed to ship the very next Day, I have called about the service contract and mats without any answers and the vehicle was given to me with a warning light that doesn't go away, disappointed.

    It was a valet service they came to pick up and Drop Off my car to be service at Brickell Motors. The only problem is that they do not call back letting you know what was done to the car.
