Excelente atención y profesionalismo

Me atendieron muy bien

Was told I needed to run a diagnostic which I paid for and was ok with. I was getting a warning that my power steering was not functioning. They told me they needed to reprogram the computer system but didn’t tell me amount and I’m paying 400 and something dollars for what I don’t know then they said they needed to take the Freon out of the air conditioner, and re-put it in since it seems to be a mix of two different types of free ounce, but they said that the problem was the compressor and it was over $2000 to replace. I declined as I already felt like I got ripped off on the reprogramming, which I was not quoted a price BTW, and took it to my mechanic who told me there was nothing wrong with the compressor just needed the Freon change. Now the air is pumping cold and working great. I have had good experiences there before, but will never go back unless it’s an emergency.

Poor customer service, no type of communication

I am extremely disappointed by the communication during this repair. My car was with dealership for over 9 days and I did not any updates other than one first day and last day. I tried to contact the dealership over 20 times, each time, they will say they will transfer to the representative and after that no update.
